About Fanshawe College
Fanshawe College is a public college that was established in London, Ontario in 1962. The name Fanshawe was given in 1967 by combining the words ‘fane’ meaning building or temple and ‘shaw’ or ‘shawe’ meaning woods. And, Fanshawe means ‘temple in the woods‘. It is one of the biggest colleges in Canada.
Fanshawe is located in the Southwestern Ontario of Canada. There are six campuses under Fanshawe College; London South Campus, London Downtown campus, Simcoe / Norfolk Regional campus, St. Thomas / Elgin Regional campus, Woodstock / Oxford Regional campus, Huron / Bruce Regional campus.
